We’re working with a rapidly scaling, SRA-regulated law firm that’s rethinking how consumer litigation is delivered — and they’re now hiring a Head of Group Litigation to lead from the front.
This is a genuine step-up role for someone who’s led teams or high-volume litigation workstreams and wants to take on broader strategic responsibility across areas including data breach, financial mis-selling, bank fraud , and motor finance .

What You’ll Be Doing
Leading the group claims function , managing multiple high-performing teams
Designing and implementing smarter, tech-enabled processes
Mentoring senior case handlers and setting the tone on quality and delivery
Working closely with leadership to shape the firm's wider growth strategy
