The Role:

As the Head of FPGA, you will:

Lead Hardware Strategy: Define and execute the hardware engineering roadmap, with a sharp focus on ASIC design and high-performance FPGA solutions.
Drive Design Excellence: Architect and oversee the development of low-latency, high-speed hardware systems that power next-generation trading platforms.
Foster Collaboration: Work closely with software teams, system architects, and business stakeholders to deliver integrated, market-leading solutions.
Optimise and Innovate: Implement best practices in hardware design, testing, and validation, ensuring projects meet performance and reliability benchmarks.

What You Bring:

We are looking for an experienced leader with a proven background in FPGA and ASIC development. Your technical expertise and strategic mindset will be key to driving the team forward. You should have:

Extensive FPGA Development Experience - Proficiency in VHDL/Verilog, with a strong understanding of low-latency optimisation.
ASIC Design Mastery - A track record of delivering ASIC projects that meet demanding performance metrics.
Strategic Vision and Leadership - Ability to define technology roadmaps that align with business growth.
Collaborative Spirit - Skilled in cross-functional collaboration with software and hardware teams.
Educational Background - Degree in Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field (Master's or PhD preferred).
Desirable Skills: Exposure to hardware/software co-design and experience within financial trading systems.
