Day-to-day of the role: Lead the Food Technology department, maintaining high standards of teaching and fostering a positive learning environment.
Enhance the academic achievements and enrich the experiences of students in Food Technology.
Play a significant role in curriculum planning as the school expands and the subject area continues to flourish.
Support the daily work of the department, including managing the subject in the curriculum, implementing policy decisions, and organising appropriate lessons.
Secure continuous improvement in teaching, learning, and departmental management to achieve high standards of student achievement.
Required Skills & Qualifications: Qualified teacher status and a degree or equivalent.
