Castlefield Recruitment are delighted to be working in retained partnership with Leeds Beckett University (LBU) to identify a high calibre senior estates professional for their newly created Head of Estates vacancy.
Leeds Beckett University (LBU) is a public university in Leeds, with two campuses; the City Campus in the heart of Leeds City Centre and the Headingley Campus located just on the outskirts of the city.

Role: Head of Estates
Type: Permanent
Hours: Mon-Fri (37 hours a week)
Responsibilities will include:
Reporting to the Director of Estates, providing leadership and strategic direction to the Estates team in all aspects of hard facilities management services
To lead on the development of operational strategy, integrating services and improving efficiency and effectiveness across all areas of hard FM service delivery
To deliver or oversee and ensure the delivery of projects from inception to completion including the development of delivery strategies; the procurement of consultant teams and/or contractors/suppliers; project, risk, carbon, stakeholder and cost management; progress repo...
