Head of Construction, Sussex

Job Description Your new company is a Sussex-based property developer that specialises in creating luxury, design-led residential flats and houses, with a focus on converting period buildings and commercial properties, as well as crafting bespoke new-build homes. Your new role is to win and deliver projects valued from £2 to £6 million that can be traditional new-build modern houses, town centre flats and refurbishments of existing properties. You will be leading the client team, site management team and commercial team to ensure successful outcomes and delivering healthy yields on investments. Outwardly an entrepreneur to their clients and a professional leader to internal staff, your role would be to drive the commercial and construction departments together.
