Location: Staffordshire – Hybrid 3 days a week onsite

Salary: DOE - £75,000-£95,000

At dcoded, we’re hiring on behalf of a fast-scaling digital platform that helps millions save as they shop — and they’re ready to become a household name.

We’re looking for a Head of Marketing to lead brand and growth strategy, elevate their voice in the market, and bring their mission to life. This is about more than performance - it’s about shaping how the UK sees, feels, and connects with the brand.

The role

You’ll lead UK marketing across brand, acquisition, and retention. With a particular focus on building a distinctive, consistent brand presence that cuts through. You’ll lead bold, data-led campaigns across TV, digital, CRM, social, SEO and PR, and work cross-functionally to create seamless, story-led journeys from first click to lifelong member.
