They are looking for a Head of Brand Marketing eager to join the dynamic ecommerce and digital team to make a real impact through tailored Social Media and CRM activity - elevating the brand and creating meaningful experiences for online audiences. This senior role will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance customer engagement, reach, satisfaction and loyalty.key responsibilities:Brand Communications Strategy: Curate a global activity calendar, aligning all customer communications with digital marketing and d2c ecommerce goals. Support social media planning and execution, managing content and influencer programs to enhance customer loyalty and convert followers into active customers.Customer Focus: Advocate for the customer, ensuring brand experiences, messaging, and services resonate with the end consumer. Provide personalised VIP concierge-style service to top tier customers.Project management: Lead and participate in strategically important projects, such as launching in new markets or implementing new services that improve the customer experienceReporting and Analysis: Own weekly and monthly reporting on all key metrics relevant to engagement and retention.Development & future proofing: Identify and review relevant marketing technology and services to boost repeat purchases and customer lifetime value.
