Head of Asset Management

Are you a strategic asset management leader with a passion for delivering value and improving housing portfolios? A West London based client is looking for a confident and driven professional to oversee acquisitions, compliance, and asset performance across a dynamic and growing property portfolio.

This is a senior interim opportunity to shape and execute asset strategies, manage multidisciplinary teams, and drive the delivery of complex programmes. The role is offered on a 6-month interim basis, with an immediate start required.

Responsibilities include:
* Leading the delivery of asset management and acquisition strategies across a diverse residential portfolio
* Overseeing property acquisitions, due diligence, and negotiations through to completion
* Managing compliance and ensuring legal, regulatory, and safety standards are met across the portfolio
* Driving improvements in repair and maintenance delivery in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
* Conducting financial analysis, feasibility studies, and risk assessments to support investment decisions
* Managing contracts, consultants, and third-party providers to ensure high-quality, cost-effective outcomes
* Supporting a strong culture of leadership, accountability, and high performance across the asset management team
