The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of advanced GenerativeAI architectures, frameworks, and algorithms, along with a proven track record of leading successful technical teams in the development of innovative AI solutions. As the Head of Architecture, you will play a critical role in shaping the technical direction of AI initiatives, driving innovation, and ensuring the scalability, reliability, and performance of GenerativeAI platforms.Responsibilities:Provide strategic leadership and guidance in the design and development of advanced GenAI architectures and solutions.Define and evolve the architecture of GenerativeAI and machine learning platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives, scalability, and performance requirements.Stay abreast of the latest advancements in GenAI research and technology trends, and leverage this knowledge to drive innovation and continuous improvement in AI solutions.Lead and mentor a team of AI Architects and Engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.Drive best practices in AI development, including code quality, documentation, testing, and deployment processes, to ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable, and scalable AI solutions.Contribute to the development of the company's GenAI strategy and roadmap, identifying key opportunities for growth and differentiation in the market.Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, customers, and partners, to communicate technical vision, gather feedback, and drive alignment on strategic initiatives.Qualifications:Master's or Ph.D. in computer science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or a related field.Experience in designing and implementing complex AI architectures, including deep learning, reinforcement learning, and other generative AI techniques. Proficiency in AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.Proven track record of leading technical teams in the development of AI solutions, with strong team-building, mentoring, and coaching skills.Creative thinker with a passion for pushing the boundaries of AI technology and driving innovation in the field.Strong understanding of business and market dynamics, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and drive strategic initiatives.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Apply now!
