About the Role
Lead a small brigade within an independent business.
Work closely with the owners on menu development
Drive GP to 75% through smart cost control
Manage ordering, suppliers, kitchen standards and stock
Recruit and train your team
Maintain a calm, ego-free kitchen culture
About You
2+ years experience as Head Chef
Classic French training, confident with butchery and fish prep
Strong leadership with a hands-on, no-nonsense approach
Passion for British produce and pub-style dining at a high standard
Organised and consistent, able to handle 350550 covers per week
The Package
£45,000 + £1012k tronc (£5557k total)
Approx. 50 hours, 5 days a week (Monday/Tuesday off)
Cook-off required as part of the process
