This role offers the opportunity to take the reins of a refined, established kitchen within a premium venue already holding 2 AA Rosettes. You'll be stepping into a kitchen that has earned national recognition, but also one with room to evolve. The team understands the rosette journey and supports the right chef to lead it.
Head Chef Ideal Profile:
Proven background leading kitchens in 2 AA Rosette standard environments
Deep understanding of what is required to retain and progress AA Rosette recognition
Experience managing all aspects of a professional kitchen beyond cooking
Clear leadership style and ability to build, mentor and manage a strong brigade
Financially astute with experience in kitchen budgets, margins and cost control
Ambitious, with a strategic vision for taking a kitchen from 2 to 3 rosettes
