This is a rare opportunity for an accomplished Head Chef with a passion for seafood to take charge of a high-performing kitchen and craft an exceptional culinary experience in a vibrant, seasonal setting.
The Role: Salary: £75,000 - £80,000 per annum (inclusive of guaranteed tronc, negotiable based on experience)
Contract: 9.5 months of service (February to December), with full pay spread over 12 months
