Global Talent 2020 are proudly working with one of Scotlands leading independent luxury Boutique Inn clients at their stylish, Fife coastal venue. Our client has a renowned reputation in the local area for its food, and dining experiences.
Set in a busy portside village location our client is looking for a passionate Head Chef for their quality focused food operations. It is leading a close dedicated Kitchen brigade, producing high end popular lunch and dinner menus, to a 1/2 Rosette culinary level standard. This will be across the main restaurant, outside spaces and bar area of this reputable business.
The role is not about chasing accolades, or foodie awards, but delivery of seasonal produce to high end casual dining Restaurant standards, utilising both classical, and modern culinary methods to achieve this. Sustainability, and using the best ingredients Scotland has to offer, are key hallmarks of this businesss ethos.
The person:
Our passionate client at Global Talent 2020, is looking for an experienced Head Chef talent who must be approachable at all times, possess a positive out-going friendly personality, and exhibit a can-do mentality. While being a strong, fair leader to encourage a small brigade of dedicated chefs.
As Head Chef you will be responsible for the Kitchen budget, Food GP %, stock, rotas, recruitment, training and developing the team, Health and Safety, Food Hygiene, COSHH, HACC...
