We are seeking a talented and passionate Head Chef to lead the kitchen at a small, high-quality contract catering site in Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and hands-on Chef who values work-life balance and enjoys producing fresh, seasonal food.
The Role:
- Oversee all aspects of the kitchen operation
- Design and deliver delicious, well-balanced menus with a focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients
- Manage food safety, compliance, and kitchen hygiene to the highest standards
- Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure a seamless service experience
- Lead, develop, and inspire a small kitchen team
About You:
- Experienced Head Chef or strong Sous Chef ready to step up
- Background in contract catering or fresh food kitchens
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- Passionate about quality, presentation, and innovation in food
- Comfortable working independently on a small site
