Hardware Engineer

Are you an Electronics Engineer that has 3-5 years experience and looking for an opportunity to develop new technology? We are working with a fantastic design consultancy that operates within the Medical, Lifesciences and Consumer/ Commercial product industries.This is a great opportunity to use your skills to design new electronic products in the full lifecycle, and to consult on current challenges within end customers.You will play a key part within a wider team of electronics engineers, steering design, analysis/ modelling and test schedules, on multiple projects.Key Skills required:Experience analysing, designing, constructing & testing electronic circuits.Proficiency in using electronic test equipment (e.g. oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analysers, etc.)Knowledge of design verification, compliance testing and test automation methodologies.A strong understanding of analogue and digital circuit design.Fluency in schematic and PCB design tools (e.g. Altium Designer, KiCad, Eagle, etc.).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues during the design, development and testing phases of projects.Familiarity with EMC standards, EMC measurements and design to meet for EMCUnderstanding of communication protocols and interfaces, such as Ethernet, USB, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and serial communication.Based outside of CambridgeOn-Site is required for this roleSalary: Up To £60,000If this sounds of interest, please apply or reach out with any further questions.
