Hard Services Manager

We are recruiting for a leading facilities management company committed to delivering high-quality services to their clients across various sectors. Their team in Middlesbrough is currently looking for an experienced Hard Services Manager to join them. The successful candidate will oversee the maintenance and operational activities of hard services, ensuring that all physical assets within the facility are maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Management: Lead, manage, and motivate a team of maintenance personnel and contractors. Ensure that all team members are adequately trained, performance is regularly reviewed, and development opportunities are identified and actioned.
Maintenance Operations: Oversee the planning, implementation, and monitoring of maintenance schedules for all mechanical, electrical, and structural aspects of the facility. Ensure that preventive maintenance is carried out effectively to minimise downtime and extend the lifespan of facility assets.
Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, building codes, and other legal or regulatory requirements. Implement and manage safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees and visitors.
