We are looking for an entrepreneurial Growth Product Manager with a passion for lifecycle marketing to help shape and grow the customer sales across our digital services. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and execute strategies that attract new users and retain existing ones, optimizing the entire customer journey from acquisition to winback.
You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment where your strategic thinking, storytelling, and problem-solving skills will be key to driving impact across global initiatives.

A minimum of 7+ years of as a marketing focused product manager and B2C Advertising
Key Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional collaboration with product, marketing, engineering, analytics, QA, business development, and design teams.
Optimize marketing flows across the subscription lifecycle: acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and winback.
Gather business requirements and identify key capabilities across marketing platforms.
Partner with the Customer Lifecycle team to develop a best-in-class growth program.
Build compelling presentations that communicate vision and strategy to stakeholders at all levels.
Identify and creatively solve problems, considering technical and resource constraints.
Prioritize initiatives and champion the roadmap across teams and leadership.
Analyze performance using KPIs and continuously optimize user experiences.
Skills& Qualifications You Will Have:
7+ years as a marketing-focused product manager, ideally in B2C advertising or marketing technology.
Expertise in growth product management and subscription/recurring revenue models.
Strong presentation and storytelling skills to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
Self-starter with a creative, problem-solving mindset.
Proven ability to identify opportunities using existing capabilities in innovative ways.
Track record of managing complex, international, time-sensitive projects.
Excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a sense of humor.
Preferred Qualifications:
