So we are looking for a Growth Marketing executive for a company that sells training courses.

Salary:

£30,000 – £35,000 per annum (DOE)

Location - Birmignham with an expectation of 4 days in office each week

Required: Minimum 4+ years in a marketing role, with a strong focus on paid digital campaigns

We are seeking a commercially minded and results-driven Growth Marketing Executive to join our in-house team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a strong grasp of performance marketing, particularly paid media, alongside knowledge of running successful email campaigns

As part of a growing business within the skills and education sector, you will work alongside our Head of Marketing, Fractional CMO and a trusted network of freelancers to run and optimise paid social campaigns that drive high-quality leads. You’ll focus primarily on paid social execution and email marketing, but will also contribute to wider initiatives such as testing new channels, campaign planning and creative coordination.

This is a "doer" role that requires someone proactive, resourceful, and able to get things done with autonomy. While you’ll have input into campaign strategy and the opportunity to develop strategic skills, your focus will be on day-to-day execution and performance delivery.

You’ll work in a test-and-learn environment with access to budgets for experimentation and clear lead generation targets to deliver against. While light-touch content development (e.g. static visuals or email copy) will be part of this role, video production and in-depth content creation will be outsourced to freelancers.

You will also play a key role in helping close the loop between marketing and sales, ensuring campaign insights feed into lead qualification and performance improvements.
