Group Operations Director

Group Operations Director required for a collection of luxury boutique hotels based in the South.
This established group of hotels all have their own unique charm and individuality, with impressive food and beverage facilities, events capability and high standard accommodation.
Our client is looking to recruit an operations director to help steer the group of hotels in the next phase of their development. Working closely with both the Managing Director and general managers, the role will focus on ensuring the hotels are profitable and run efficiently and professionally. The operations director will mentor the GM's to ensure their businesses operate according to the company goals and vision.
This role could suit a general manager that is looking for a broader remit. The successful candidate neds to be happy to work remotely, visiting the hotels on a weekly basis. Our client requires a candidate's profile that has been exposed to luxury hotel operations and who knows what quality looks like.
