Location: Predominantly remote (with occasional travel to HQ)
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience plus great benefits including flexible working 32 hour/ 4 day work week!

• Our client is a well-regarded Professional Services Consultancy firm specialising in the Technology, Digital and Software sectors.
• They have steadily been growing over the last 5 years and due to organic growth, they’re now looking for a new Marketing Lead to help them with their next phase of growth - Turnover currently sits at around £1.3m and their plan is to get to a £2m turnover by the end of 2026.

Opportunity:
• They now have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Lead to join the business to develop and grow a marketing function with clear direction and purpose. Applicants will be required to demonstrate strong marketing experience, evidenced contribution to the growth of a small company and will ideally have experience in the professional services or Tech/ IT sectors.
Role and Responsibilities:
• As Marketing Lead, you’ll own the marketing function, developing and executing inbound strategies that drive high-quality leads and support our sales goals. You'll manage campaigns end-to-end, oversee the marketing budget, align closely with sales, and amplify our brand through strategic content and partnerships including but not limited to:
• Inbound Strategy & Campaigns
• Sales Alignment & Lead Generation
• Brand Messaging & Awareness
• Content Creation & Social Strategy
• Partnership & Network Engagement
• Website & Conversion Optimisation
• Analytics, Reporting & Budget Management

Desired Qualifications and Experience:
• Degree or equivalent in Marketing or Communications
• 5+ years in a marketing role with strong inbound, B2B, and HubSpot experience Proven campaign management and content creation skills
• Confident in planning and managing budgets and marketing tools
• Strong alignment mindset – knows how to work closely with sales and leadership Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies
• Creative, analytical, and resourceful, with a test-and-learn approach
• Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills
Remuneration:
• Competitive basic salary (Up to circa £55k - £60k)
