The Role:

As a Groundworks Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for all commercial aspects of our substantial groundwork schemes from inception to final account. Your key responsibilities will include:

Preparing accurate cost estimates and tenders for groundwork packages.
Managing and administering sub-contractor accounts, including valuations, payments, and final accounts.
Conducting detailed cost analysis, identifying variations, and implementing effective cost control measures.
Preparing and submitting interim valuations and final accounts for clients.
Proactively identifying and managing commercial risks and opportunities.
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, sub-contractors, and internal teams.
Providing sound commercial advice and support to project managers and site teams.
