Job Description My client is a leading groundworks and civil engineering contractor with multiple live projects across Surrey and Sussex.\n\nWe are currently recruiting a Groundworks Foreman to join the company and assist in managing a package consisting of roads, drainage and groundworks.\n\nMy client has ongoing and continuous work for the right candidate.\n\nForeman Responsibilities:\n\n • Reporting into the Project Manager and Contracts manager.\n\n• Site Supervision and compliance with health and safety\n\n• Keeping site diaries\n\n• Tool box talks\n\n• Quality Assurance.\n\n• Managing the labour and putting men to work safely.\n\n• Ensuring all paperwork is filed and organised.\n\n• Liasing with the client, providing weekly/monthly progress reports.\n\n• Ordering materials.\n\nForeman Requirements:\n\n• CSCS card.\n\n• SMSTS/SSSTS\n\n• First Aid\n\n• Experienced managing groundworks packages.\n\n• 5+ years management experience.\n\nThe Next Steps: To apply for the role as a Foreman, click on the apply now button below and submit your CV for further information
