1. Experience:
* Minimum 5 years verifiable experience in deep drainage pipe laying.
* Demonstrable experience working at depths of 6–8 meters, including trench support systems (e.g., trench boxes, shoring).
2. Certification Requirements:
* CSCS Card (Blue Skilled Worker or higher):
* Ideally with Drainage (City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 or 3) qualification.
* Confined Space Entry Certification:
* Medium or High Risk confined space training required (in accordance with Water UK or C&G 6150-03/#####-03 standards).
3. Health & Safety Compliance:
* Familiarity with deep excavation hazards, trench collapse risk, water ingress, gas monitoring.
* Awareness and use of temporary works systems and Permit to Work procedures.
* Current Manual Handling, CAT & Genny, and First Aid training preferred
