Title: Graphic Designer
Package: Up to £45,000 (DOE) + amazing perks + hybrid working
Overview: We are excited to be partnered with one of the fastest growing beauty brands in the UK – you would have seen them on socials and in major retailers such as Boots. They have a strong presence in the UK as well as retailing in the USA & EU.
Responsibilities:
* Design print ready labels.
* Create visual assets for both online and offline.
* Retail-ready packaging, design for unique formats like: Transparent labels, peel-off/reseal labels, box interiors or double-sided printing.
* Maintain consistency in visual identity across packaging, labels, and online listings.
* Ensure designs align with the brand's tone, target audience, and strategic goals.
* Work directly with CEO on NPD projects.
* Create engaging, on-brand product imagery and infographics for listings.
* Support and work with Junior Graphic Designer.
You are:
* Have a creative mindset and are super passionate about the Beauty/ Personal care industry, with a keen eye for detail.
* Strong portfolio in brand development and design.
* Experience with web/app design tools.
* Proficient in Adobe CS.
Key Skills:
Tools: Adobe Suite, Figma (for web), 3D mock-up tools.
Skills: Pre-press setup, dyeline creation, typography, colour theory, layout, web-optimised graphics.
Knowledge: Printing techniques, packaging compliance, visual storytelling
