Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate end-to-end graduate recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding
Support university outreach and campus recruitment events
Manage candidate communication and scheduling of interviews/assessment centres
Maintain recruitment tracking systems and update applicant records
Liaise with hiring managers to ensure a smooth selection process
Assist in the planning and delivery of graduate induction and onboarding programs
Requirements:
Experience in recruitment coordination or HR admin (ideally within graduate or early careers)
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Comfortable using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and MS Office tools
Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines
