Apply4U is hiring on behalf of their client for a proactive and well-organised Graduate Recruitment Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone passionate about early careers recruitment, university engagement, and providing a seamless candidate experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate end-to-end graduate recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding

  • Support university outreach and campus recruitment events

  • Manage candidate communication and scheduling of interviews/assessment centres

  • Maintain recruitment tracking systems and update applicant records

  • Liaise with hiring managers to ensure a smooth selection process

  • Assist in the planning and delivery of graduate induction and onboarding programs

Requirements:

  • Experience in recruitment coordination or HR admin (ideally within graduate or early careers)

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Comfortable using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and MS Office tools

  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines
