Do you have a degree in food production, agriculture or a relevant area and an interest in food production and agricultural production, seeking cutting edge bespoke training and development and opportunities to work on a cycle with numerous departments within the company as HR, Quality and Procurement to carve out your future career?

Do you have a degree related to food, agriculture or business and some knowledge of the industry, with a willingness to learn from a range of experienced figures within the company such as projects managers and senior management members?

The role

• Working alongside a variety of departments on a rotational basis
• Undertaking cutting edge training and development programmes, with close mentorship of departmental leaders
• Schedule specific jobs for production lines and staff
• Train and develop Production Staff
• Continuous improvement within Production processes

The person

• Graduate in either Agriculture, Food or Business
