Your Role as a Graduate LSA:
Provide 1:1 and small group support across a variety of subjects
Assist students with special educational needs (SEN) and learning challenges
Work alongside teaching staff and the SENCO to adapt resources and strategies
Help students build confidence and achieve academic progress
Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
What We’re Looking For:
A recent graduate (any subject considered)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A caring, resilient, and proactive attitude
Previous experience with young people is a bonus, but not essential
A genuine passion for education and helping students thrive
Please be advised that this role requires strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection and that successful applicants must satisfy all background safer recruitment checks including an enhanced DBS on the update service.
