The Role:

Provide tailored academic and pastoral support to students with a range of learning needs

Assist teachers in the delivery of engaging lessons across the curriculum

Work one-to-one and in small groups to boost student confidence and progress

Support behaviour management and contribute to a positive learning environment

What We're Looking For:

A recent graduate in any subject

A genuine interest in education and a commitment to supporting young people

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience working with young people (desirable but not essential)
