The position with suit an Electrical Engineering graduate, ideally with some commercial experience but new graduates that demonstrate the relevant skills will also be considered. The Service Manager will oversee post-sales service support in the UK and Europe, ensuring it surpasses performance benchmarks and customer expectations. The ideal candidate will offer technical assistance after product delivery, working alongside diverse stakeholders to ensure top-tier customer service delivery.Responsibilities:Organise and arrange commissioning tasks and schedulesCollaborate with engineering and project managers to ensure a smooth transition for customer handoverServe as the main liaison for customers regarding serviceRespond promptly to customer inquiries and issues, ensuring exceptional levels of customer satisfactionEnhance and upkeep the ticketing system to effectively capture, manage, and track customer service requestsGenerate reports and analyse data extracted from the ticketing systemGuarantee adherence to SLA response timesConduct remote monitoring of installations to optimise power generation.Experienced required:Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related fieldExperience of using PowerBI or similar (Desirable)Strong customer focusMS Office suiteIf this opportunity is of interest, please apply for immediate consideration!
