This highly respected firm is looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to support a diverse portfolio of work across both public and private sectors. The Cardiff team is expanding, and this role offers the perfect platform for a graduate to build their experience and progress towards RICS chartered status within a supportive, high-performing environment.
As part of this dynamic office, youll gain hands-on exposure to a varied range of projects, helping to develop your technical skills and lay the foundation for a rewarding long-term career in the built environment.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
Degree-qualified in Building Surveying (or equivalent)
Ideally 12+ months of relevant experience in building surveying or construction (refurbishment or minor works projects)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts and build strong relationships
Demonstrated ability to support project delivery with sound contract administration and organisational skills
A clear focus on ongoing professional development, including the ambition to achieve RICS chartership
