Waterlooville | Up to £35,000 | Full-time | Office-based

About the Role:
As an Internal Account Manager, you’ll be the key point of contact for a portfolio of B2B clients. You’ll work closely with our engineering and production teams to ensure seamless delivery of bespoke solutions—developing a deep understanding of client needs and building trusted relationships along the way.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow relationships with existing B2B customers
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing and timely delivery
* Respond to customer queries and provide technical information where needed
* Monitor project timelines and flag any risks or delays
* Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities
* Maintain accurate records and reports using our CRM system
What We’re Looking For:
* A recent graduate (ideally in engineering, manufacturing, maths, physics )
* Excellent people and communication skills
* A natural problem-solver with strong attention to detail
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
* Eagerness to learn and grow in a customer-focused role
