We are looking for
We are looking for a motivated General Operative to work with the grader team with the potential of operating a forklift truck after training
The Position
* Quickly assess product quality and remove any items that do not meet standards
* Maintain cleanliness in the factory, including cleaning up debris
* Set up the grading line if required, including operating machinery as per SOP
* Collaborate effectively with team members
* Potential for relief forklift driving, with training provided
* Use barcode scanner for product scanning when necessary
Person Specification
* Attention to detail and thoroughness
* Ability to work well in a team
* Flexibility and adaptability to change
* Physical skills such as movement, coordination, and dexterity
* Proficient verbal communication skills
