As a Data Scientist, you will design, develop, deploy, and optimize scalable Gen AI products while maintaining and expanding your expertise. You will take technical ownership of BCG’s global Staffing applications, ensuring their performance, stability, and alignment with strategic roadmaps. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will drive high-quality development, document designs, and share insights across Chapters. Your role includes hands-on development, technical guidance, and ensuring operational excellence for our Staffing application. br br KEY RESPONSIBILITIES br br Execution & Team Collaboration: br br Work as hands on contributor (IC) on the project to develop data science & Gen AI modules collaborating along with broader team builder engineering & business teams br Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the team br Act as a key liaison between team members, chapter leads, and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project alignment br Advanced AI, Machine Learning & Generative AI: br br Design and implement cutting-edge AI as well as Generative AI models for diverse business applications br Apply reinforcement learning techniques to solve complex decision-making problems br Drive adoption of machine learning and AI best practices across the organization br Apply LLM models & frameworks to build Gen AI powered features in digital solution br Optimization & Analytics: br br Develop and deploy linear and non-linear optimization algorithms to improve operational performance br Conduct advanced data analytics to derive actionable insights for strategic decision-making br Data Engineering & MLOps: br br Deploy scalable data pipelines using Airflow and Snowflake br Implement MLOps frameworks for efficient development, deployment, and monitoring of AI/ML models br Cloud & Infrastructure: br br Utilize cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP to deploy scalable and reliable AI/ML solutions br Optimize data storage and processing workflows on Snowflake and other databases br Stakeholder Management: br br Collaborate with stakeholders, chapter lead and product owner to define project objectives, requirements, and success metrics br Present technical insights and strategic recommendations to non-technical stakeholders in br a clear and impactful manner br Coordinated & Communication Management: br br Plan and execute releases, making sure all deployment and rollback steps are documented & tested, and plans are coordinated & communicated appropriately. br br br What You'll Bring br 7+ years of experience in data Science/AI engineering roles to lead and execute advanced AI and optimization projects. You will have a deep understanding of Generative AI, machine learning, and cloud platforms, along with extensive experience in stakeholder management and strategic collaboration. br br Experience/Knowledge br br 5+ years of hands-on experience in building & deploying AI/ML/Gen AI solutions across wide variety of problems br 5+ years of hands-on experience in building & deploying AI/ML/Gen AI solutions across wide variety of problems br Minimum 1+ years of experience in building Generative AI solutions (e.g. RAG, Agents) br Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks br Expertise in Generative AI, reinforcement learning, and optimization techniques br Proficiency in MLOps and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) br Hands-on experience with tools like Airflow, Snowflake, and data orchestration systems br Proven track record of working in data science teams and managing large functional projects br Excellent communication skills and ability to align technical work with business priorities br Exceptional problem-solving and analytical capabilities br Ability to translate complex data challenges into business solutions br br br Who You'll Work With br As a data scientist in the Staffing team, you will collaborate closely with the Chapter Lead, Product Owner, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, impactful solutions. Portfolio Leaders, Technical Area Lead, Product Owners and other Chapter Leads with whom you shall work to manager chapter resources and ensure a positive collaboration.
