My SaaS client are looking for a Business Development Manager for Germany, you'll be the driving force behind our expansion into the DACH market. This fully remote role (European based) is ideal for a native German speaker with a strong background in B2B SaaS sales, ideally within the Saas or tech sectors. (IT Security a plus)
You'll own the full sales cycle, build strong client relationships, and help shape our go-to-market strategy in France.
Responsibilities
* Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities in Germany
* Manage the complete sales process: lead generation, discovery, demos, negotiation, and closing
* Articulate the value of our AI-powered platform to key decision-makers
* Collaborate with marketing to tailor outreach and campaigns for the German market
* Track sales activity, pipeline development, and forecasts using CRM tools
Requirements
* Native German speaker, fluent in written and spoken German and English
* 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
Experience in solution selling, IT Security is a plus
* Proven ability to exceed quotas and manage complex sales cycles
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Deep understanding of the French business culture and buying behaviour
* Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously in a remote-first environment
* Familiarity with AI tools or platforms
