If you're from a sales background and are an experienced General Manager / Business Manager / Branch Manager working within a wholesale & distribution environment with profit and loss responsibility, this could be an excellent career opportunity for you to run your own business with full autonomy.
Role Responsibilities
As a General Manager, you will be given the training, tools and knowledge to quickly take on a Business Management role within the group. You'll work closely with existing Business Managers to familiarise yourself with the company, their products, processes and values.
This will prepare you for a General Manager role where you will:
Be responsible for the running of the entire business, including driving sales, full P&L, managing and mentoring employees, marketing, logistics and purchasing
Develop and maintain relationships with both new and existing B2B customers
Ensure the achievement of set targets and objectives
Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities to develop company performance and revenueRewards
