About the Role: We are currently seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Operative to join our team. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for keeping the site and facilities in excellent working condition, helping to ensure smooth daily operations across the premises.
Key Responsibilities for the maintenance operative:
Carrying out general maintenance and handyman tasks across the site
Attending to urgent repair jobs in the factory and surrounding grounds
Performing routine checks and maintenance on equipment such as AHU units
Fixing doors, gates, flooring, and other site infrastructure
Supporting the maintenance team with both planned and reactive maintenance tasks
Ideal Candidate for the maintenance operative:
Previous experience in a general maintenance or facilities role
Hands-on, practical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively
Flexible and adaptable with a can-do attitude
Experience in an industrial or factory setting is an advantage
