We are currently seeking an experienced General Foreman to join our team on an exciting civils and utilities project based in Leiston, East Anglia (IP16). This varied scheme includes a broad scope of works such as groundworks, structural concrete and steel installations, drainage, pavements, building construction, ductile iron pipework and equipment racking.
This is a self-delivery role, where we are acting as Principal Contractor, so previous experience working in highly regulated environments and managing a variety of construction activities will be highly advantageous.

Manage day-to-day site operations across multiple work fronts, ensuring delivery to programme, budget and quality standards.
Plan and coordinate labour, plant, materials and subcontractors, maintaining safe and efficient site logistics.
Lead on health, safety and environmental compliance, including RAMS, CDM, Temporary Works, LOLER and PUWER, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and near miss reporting.
Maintain accurate site records, reporting, and support programme updates while identifying and ma...
