### Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Foreman or in a similar supervisory role within rail civil engineering.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards, particularly in structures and frameworks.
- Relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (e.g., NVQ).
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.
