Gas Installation Engineer – Social Housing

Up to £45,000 Basic + SOR's & Overtime - OTE £55,000 - £60,000
Full-Time - Permanent
We’re hiring for an experienced Gas Installation Engineer to join a growing team working across social housing properties in the Redhill area.

Job Description:
*
Carrying out boiler installations, full central heating systems, and upgrades in occupied social housing properties
*
Ensuring all work is completed to high standards, in line with current gas regulations and safety protocols
*
Providing excellent customer service while working in tenants’ homes
*
Completing relevant documentation and ensuring compliance with company procedures
*
Working independently and managing your own workload efficiently
Requirements:
*
ACS qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1, etc.)
*
Proven experience in domestic gas installation (preferably within the social housing sector)
*
Full UK driving licence
*
Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills
*
Strong communication and customer service skills
*
Valid Gas Safe Registration (beneficial but not essential if covered under company umbrella)
