Games Art Lecturer

Due to growth in applications at MidKent College Medway Campus and Medway School of Arts in The Historic Dockyard, Chatham we are looking to recruit several Art and Design lecturers to teach across a range of courses from L1 to L5 on Foundation Degree / HND Programmes. We require a diverse range of skills, to facilitate our growing number of courses from fine art, fashion design, graphics and digital media. We are looking for a candidate from a Games Art/Design/Animation background with the ability to design, deliver and assess high quality creative study programmes, under the UAL Level 3 Diploma and Extended Diploma in Creative Practice: Art, Design and Communication with a focus on Games Art with particular skills in a range of digital software applicable to the industry to include Maya, Unreal Engine, Photoshop, Substance Painter, Premiere and After Effects. You should be keen to inspire and motivate students through outstanding teaching and learning strategies that stretch and challenge students to excel at their subject. Candidates should have industry experience or a degree in their subject area and be passionate about teaching their area of expertise.
