FE Hubs Coordinator
The post-holder will be responsible for providing broad administrative support across the Further Education hubs in Nottingham.
Acting as the the DDSL, the post requires management of support staff time sheets, the production of high-quality documents and reports for both internal and external bodies.
Leading on the coordination of exams and qualifications and RARPA whilst also providing administration support to quality assurance activities.
The successful applicant will have a strong administrative background, ideally from within an educational environment. Candidates should have the capacity to support financial processes, resources and procurement activities to ensure compliance of the organisations procedures.
Experience of maintaining records is essential with the ability to update Education Health and Care plans and staff training records. Previous knowledge of recording learner records and SEND regulations is also a key part of the job.
