Fulfilment Manager
Location: Loughton, Essex
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000
Hours: Monday - Thursday 9am-5pm, Friday 9am-4pm

Are you ready to take the lead in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and experienced Fulfilment Manager to join our client's team! This is your chance to shine as you guide a small team to ensure seamless stock control, order fulfilment, and inventory management. You'll play a pivotal role in optimising processes and ensuring products are always available, all while supporting the company's growth!
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of 4, fostering a professional and productive atmosphere.
Oversee stock control from ordering to goods inwards, order picking, assembly and despatch operations.
Ensure all operations comply with company health and safety policies.
Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient working environment to maximise productivity.
Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent both overstock and out-of-stock situations.
Implement innovative strategies to enhance inventory management.
Review and refine policies and procedures to streamline daily operations.
Work closely with senior managers and other departments, including customer service, marketing, and logistics, to support the company's growth plans and ensure smooth operations.
Assist during product launches, promotions, and peak times to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.What We're Looking For:
Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to inspire and motivate your team.
Proficient in stock control and inventory management.
Solid computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and supply chain software.
