Frontend Developer (React + 3D Web)
Location: London – Hybrid (4 days studio-based)
Type: Full-time, Permanent
A leading global creative technology studio is looking for a Frontend Developer with strong React skills and a keen eye for design detail to help with the further development of their flagship digital platform, used by large-scale global construction companies, developers and property companies.
With the platform already live and delivering clear commercial results, the business is entering a new phase of growth and making significant investments in further developing its platform. As part of this, the team is hiring a Frontend Developer to shape its visual experience—bringing together 3D content, motion, and responsive interface design to create a smooth, engaging user journey.
The Impact You’ll Have
* This is a hands-on opportunity for a Frontend Developer to contribute to a platform that blends creative design with solid engineering.
* You’ll work closely with Design, Product, and Engineering to ensure the visual front end performs reliably and reflects the platform’s direction.
What You’ll Do
* Build and maintain interactive web interfaces using React and modern JavaScript
* Develop responsive visuals and transitions using trusted frontend tools
* Translate Figma design systems into maintainable UI components
* Collaborate with backend developers to ensure the platform experience is joined up
* Contribute to delivery through code reviews, version control workflows, and shared technical standards
* Keep up to date with tools and methods in 3D and interactive web development
What You’ll Bring
* 3+ years of experience as a Frontend Developer, working with React and JavaScript
* Ability to build adaptable, well-structured UIs that perform well across devices
* Familiarity with Vite, Zustand, and modern version control workflows
* A clear understanding of visual design systems and how to translate them into code
* Comfortable working closely with colleagues across design, product and engineering
Bonus Experience
* Animation libraries such as GSAP or Framer Motion
* 3D web tools like Three.js or React Three Fiber
* Experience using design tools (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator)
* Awareness of 3D workflows or tools (e.g. Blender, 3ds Max)
