Front of House Assistant

You will be working for a law firm located in central Bristol.
Your new role
You will act as a front-of-house assistant and representative for the firm, this requires both receptionist duties and junior secretarial responsibilities. Requirements are as follows:
- Must have prior receptionist, secretarial or front of house experience in a corporate or professional services setting.
- Reception duties such as greeting clients, directing them to meeting rooms or correct personnel.
- Handling and directing incoming phone calls, emails and meeting invites.
- Setting up and managing meeting rooms, including booking and prioritising according to availability.
- Ad hoc administration duties to assist the operations team.
- As a client facing role, you must conduct yourself with a high level of professionalism at all times.
What you'll need to succeed - Prior relevant experience as stated above.
- A professional and welcoming manner to appropriately communicate with the clients and senior personnel within the firm.
- Excellent organisational skills to manage a large quality of emails, visitors and meeting requests, internal and client.
- Previous client event experience is beneficial.
- Flexibility to help cover shift patterns (morning and afternoon rotating weekly)
