Specialist MEP Contractor
Are you a MEP Quantity Surveyor ready to take on your Freelance Contract? I am working with a fast growing Tier M&E Contractor looking for an experienced QS for an immediate start. The role will be split between working from home and on site in the Essex area
What You'll Do:
Support financial aspects of the projects, ensuring it stays within budget and on schedule
Manage subcontractor agreements, and cost reporting
Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and contractors to ensure successful project execution
Provide accurate cost forecasts, risk assessments, and final accounts
The Person
Experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor
Familiarity with contract management (NEC or JCT preferred experience)
Ability to 'hit the ground running'
Comfortable splitting time between working from home and site (Essex)
