Freelance Quantity Surveyor
Location: Stanway, Colchester
Start Date: Immediate
Rate: £300£350 per day (Outside IR35)
Working Pattern: 23 days per week
Contract Length: 912 months maternity cover (with potential for extension)
Clearfield Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Quantity Surveyor on behalf of our client for an immediate start in Stanway, Colchester.
The successful candidate will be supporting an £8m high-end residential build on Mersea Island, currently at the groundworks stage. This is a part-time freelance opportunity to cover maternity leave, with potential for extended engagement or increased days depending on project wins.

Flexible 23 days per week
Project: High-value bespoke house build
Duration: 912 months, with scope for longer term
