Freelance Architectural Designer IR35 Status: Out
Hourly - Circa �30 DOE

Their work spans private gardens to public spaces, consistently demonstrating a commitment to crafting both inspiring and functional environments. With a multidisciplinary team of landscape architects, designers, builders, and horticulturists, they provide comprehensive, tailored solutions to meet a wide range of client needs.
We are seeking a freelance Architectural Designer with strong Revit skills and experience in architecture or landscape architecture to support Stage 4 design development.
Responsibilities, but are not limited to

  • Interpreting and accurately modelling site levels and topography within the BIM environment
  • Enhancing detailed drawings by adding accurate labels and annotations, and ensuring all elements are correctly modelled and coordinated
  • Reviewing and refining sectional drawings, incorporating appropriate labels, graphics, and verifying alignment with design intent
  • Integrating COBie (Construction-Operations Building information exchange) data into models as required to support asset information management
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver coordinated and well-documented Stage 4 design packages
  • Maintaining consistent drawing standards and adhering to company and industry best practices

Experiences required

  • Proven experience using Revit in an architectural or landscape architectural context
  • Strong ability to convert 2D AutoCAD drawings into accurate 3D Revit models
  • Experience integrating COBie data into BIM models
  • Familiarity with BIM workflows and model coordination
  • Must have access to a CAD-capable workstation
  • Must hold a Revit 2023 licence
