As an Investigator, you’ll play a vital role in protecting esure from fraud, working to identify and resolve suspicious cases while minimising financial risk. You’ll handle a diverse caseload, investigating policies flagged by automated systems, intelligence alerts, and customer service teams to uncover potential fraud. Using your keen eye for detail, you’ll conduct in-depth desktop investigations, including database checks and liaising with insurers and banks, as well as telephone interviews with customers.
