We a pleased to be supporting a key client in their search for an FP&A Analyst. Reporting to the Head of FP&A, this role will support all aspects of financial planning, forecasting, and reporting across key European regions. A great opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders, enhance systems and processes, and deliver critical insights to drive strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Consolidate monthly P&Ls, analyse variances, and deliver reports for senior leadership
Provide insightful analysis on sales, gross margin, OPEX, and profitability
Support budgeting and forecasting, including cashflow planning
Manage and report on European receivables
Improve BI and ERP systems (MicroStrategy, NAV), becoming a key user
What You'll Need:
Part-qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) with strong Excel skills
Confident communicator with experience engaging senior stakeholders
Proven ability to improve processes and work independently
Experience with group reporting and multi-currency environments

Effective communicator, both written and verbal
