The business is going through a period of growth, and they are looking to strengthen their FP&A team, bringing multiple hires in this team, so it’s an exciting time to join!This is a pivotal role in a fast-paced organisation that supports both the finance team and the wider business.We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly analytical FP&A Analyst to join their finance team. The FP&A Analyst will be responsible for assisting with financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making across the organisation. The ideal candidate will have strong financial modelling skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and excellent communication abilities. Key responsibilities: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans, including Cashflow forecasting.
Develop and maintain financial models for Departmental P&Ls and Projects.
Analyse operational data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement and aid in commercial decision making.
